OUR MISSION A client should be treated with respect. A relationship with a client should be premised on the proposition that an attorney will help a client at any time, in any way consistent with ethical practice. There are no "office hours only" signs at Erickson & Aanes Law Offices. We deliver personal service to a client, realizing that we are nurturing a great deal more than a singular experience with each client. We expect to earn our client's trust, in this and in other ways. It is not merely a client's needs today that we are concerned with. Erickson & Aanes Law Offices wishes to serve all of our client's needs, whatever they may be, tomorrow, as well. A client is a whole person, to be respected and treated as such, not as a means to our ends. We welcome diversity in our clients and the issues they bring to us to assist them with. We practice law, insofar as human ability permits, with the belief that how we conduct ourselves before witnesses, boards, commissioners, charitable organizations, other attorneys, other attorneys' clients, governmental employees and others most accurately reflects who and what we are. The practice of law should be an exercise in improving lives, not ruining them, in doing good, not evil, and in rendering our common world more habitable, not less.
